The Mat A gel-filled pet cooling mat in white with a wavy tricolor stripe pattern in red, white, and blue. The design uses a halftone dot print treatment that gives it a bold, graphic energy. The France FFF Gallic Rooster crest with two gold stars is printed in the lower right corner alongside "FRANCE FFF" lettering.

The Build Fabric outer shell filled with cooling gel that activates on contact — no refrigeration needed. The surface is waterproof and stain-resistant, making it easy to wipe clean after use. Lay it flat on any surface and your pet gets instant cooling relief.

Is this cooling mat officially licensed?
Yes. The France FFF Pet Cooling Mat is officially licensed by the Fédération Française de Football (FFF) and sold exclusively through Fantown Soccer.

How does the cooling mat work?
The mat is filled with pressure-activated cooling gel that absorbs your pet's body heat on contact. No refrigeration or water is required. Simply lay it flat on any surface and let your pet rest on it.

What sizes are available?
The mat is available in M (60 × 40cm) and L (90 × 60cm). Choose based on your pet's body size — the mat should be large enough for your pet to lie on comfortably.

Is the mat safe for pets?
The mat is safe for normal use. Do not use scissors, blades, or sharp objects on the mat surface. Do not allow prolonged scratching or chewing on the mat. Puncturing the surface will cause the gel filling to leak. Inspect the mat before each use and discontinue use if any damage is found.

How do I clean the mat?
Wipe the surface clean with a damp cloth. The mat is waterproof and stain-resistant. Do not machine wash, submerge in water, or tumble dry.

Does it need to be refrigerated?
No. The cooling gel activates on contact with your pet's body heat. No refrigeration or pre-cooling is required.

What is your return policy on pet cooling mats?
Pet cooling mats are final sale once opened or used. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at contact@fantownsoccer.com and we will make it right.

We accept returns within 14 days on unworn, unwashed items with original tags. Player-numbered, sale, and limited-edition items are final sale. Pet products and plush toys are returnable only if unopened and in original packaging — once opened, they're final sale for hygiene reasons. Returns are issued as store credit. Arrived damaged? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Shipping Within Canada

We ship across Canada for a flat rate of $15 CAD. Orders over $149 CAD ship free. Delivery takes 5–8 business days after processing.

We currently ship to 9 provinces: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island. We do not currently ship to Newfoundland and Labrador or the northern territories.

Shipping to the United States

We ship to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC for a flat rate of $15 USD. Orders over $149 USD ship free. Delivery takes 7–14 business days after processing.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories. We do not ship outside Canada and the United States at this time.

No Tariffs or Import Duties on U.S. Orders

We cover all applicable tariffs and import duties for orders shipped to the United States, so you will not be charged additional tariff fees upon delivery.
