We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of purchase. Please note:
- Security or hygiene tags must be intact for returns to be accepted
- Customized or player-numbered items are final sale and non-returnable
- Sale and limited-edition items are final sale and non-returnable
- Pet products and plush toys can be returned only if unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. Once opened or used, they are final sale for hygiene reasons.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns
- Returns are processed as store credit
Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at contact@fantownsoccer.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we will make it right β no questions asked. Defective items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
