Are your products officially licensed?

Yes. Every product on Fantown Soccer is officially licensed through AFA (Argentina Football Association), FFF (French Football Federation), and FPF (Portugal Football Federation), sourced exclusively through Fantown and All Star Partners, Asia's leading sports licensing company. You can shop with confidence knowing every item is 100% authentic.

Where are you based?

We are based in Vancouver, BC, Canada. We are the exclusive North American dealer of Fantown, bringing premium officially licensed soccer merchandise to fans for the first time on this continent.

Do you ship orders?

At this time we offer local delivery and in-store pickup within the Vancouver, BC area. We are working hard to expand our delivery options across North America soon β€” stay tuned for updates.

How do I place an order for local delivery or pickup?

Simply add your items to cart and select your preferred option at checkout β€” local delivery or in-store pickup. For pickup orders, we will notify you when your order is ready.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of purchase. Please note:

  • Security or hygiene tags must be intact for returns to be accepted
  • Customized or player-numbered items are final sale and non-returnable
  • Sale and limited edition items are final sale and non-returnable
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns
  • Returns are processed as store credit

Do your products come with a warranty?

Our products are officially licensed merchandise and do not come with a manufacturer's warranty. This applies to all product categories including apparel, footwear, bags, headwear, plush, collectibles, home goods, and pet products.

For pet products, all sales are final once an item has been opened or used. We are unable to accept returns on items that have contacted animals for hygiene reasons.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and we will make it right β€” no questions asked. Defective items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. If you would like a different size or item, we are happy to process an exchange within 14 days of purchase, subject to availability. Please contact us at contact@fantownsoccer.com to arrange.

The item I want is out of stock. Will it come back?

We regularly restock popular items. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page, or contact us directly and we will do our best to help.
