Every product on Fantown Soccer is officially licensed through AFA (Argentina Football Association), FFF (French Football Federation), and FPF (Portugal Football Federation), sourced exclusively through Fantown and All Star Partners, Asia's leading sports licensing company. You can shop with confidence knowing every item is 100% authentic.

We are based in Vancouver, BC, Canada. We are the exclusive North American dealer of Fantown, bringing premium officially licensed soccer merchandise to fans for the first time on this continent.

Yes. We ship across Canada ($15 CAD flat rate, free shipping over $149 CAD) and to the contiguous United States ($15 USD flat rate, free shipping over $149 USD). Argentina AFA products ship within Canada only. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

No. We cover all applicable tariffs and import duties for orders shipped to the United States, so you will not be charged additional tariff fees upon delivery.

Our products are officially licensed merchandise and do not come with a manufacturer's warranty. This applies to all product categories including apparel, footwear, bags, headwear, plush, collectibles, home goods, and pet products.
For pet products, all sales are final once an item has been opened or used. We are unable to accept returns on items that have contacted animals for hygiene reasons.

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of purchase. Please note:
- Security or hygiene tags must be intact for returns to be accepted
- Customized or player-numbered items are final sale and non-returnable
- Sale and limited-edition items are final sale and non-returnable
- Pet products and plush toys can be returned only if unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. Once opened or used, they are final sale for hygiene reasons.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns
- Returns are processed as store credit
