Pet products and plush toys are returnable only if unopened and in original packaging β once opened, they're final sale for hygiene reasons. Returns are issued as store credit. Arrived damaged? We ship across Canada for a flat rate of $15 CAD. Orders over $149 CAD ship free. Delivery takes 5β8 business days after processing.
We currently ship to 9 provinces: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island. We do not currently ship to Newfoundland and Labrador or the northern territories.

We ship to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC for a flat rate of $15 USD. Orders over $149 USD ship free. Delivery takes 7β14 business days after processing.
