Is this toy made for cats or dogs?
It's designed specifically for cats. The elongated kicker shape and internal crinkle sound trigger a cat's natural grab-and-kick hunting instinct, and it's soft enough to cuddle.

What makes the rustling sound?
A crinkle-paper insert sewn inside the plush body. It produces the rustle cats love and reactivates every time your cat swats or pounces.

Is it safe for my cat?
Supervised play is recommended. The toy contains an internal crinkle-paper insert, so always supervise your cat and remove the toy if the outer plush tears, to prevent access to the internal filling.

How do I clean it?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and air dry. Avoid machine washing, which can damage the crinkle insert and plush.

Can I return it?
Pet products are final sale once opened or used, for hygiene reasons. Unopened items in original condition may be returned within our standard return window.

Is there a warranty?
No warranty is offered on pet toys, as wear from normal chewing and play is expected.

What if my item arrives defective?

Can I exchange it?
Exchanges are available only for unopened items in original condition. Once opened or used, pet toys are final sale.
