Warranty Information
Our products are officially licensed merchandise and do not come with a manufacturer's warranty. This applies to all product categories including apparel, footwear, bags, headwear, plush, collectibles, home goods, and pet products.
For pet products, all sales are final once an item has been opened or used. We are unable to accept returns on items that have contacted animals for hygiene reasons.
Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and we will make it right β no questions asked. Defective items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
